Why Does My Subwoofer Sound Like Rattling? [Solved]
Typically rattles at higher volume are indications of a problem with the cone not moving properly. This can be a tear in the cone, a rip in the surround or a problem with the spider. The surround is the foam piece around the edge. The spider is the part near the magnet that holds the cone in place.29 May 2018
